What currency are the prices?

All products that are listed are priced in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Where are orders being shipped from?

All orders are being shipped from Toronto, Canada.

Do you ship outside of Toronto, Canada?

Yes, we process and ship orders globally to over 195 countries.

Shipping Policy?

Upon placing your order, please be aware that the process of verifying and processing the order may take up to two-three business days. After this, the estimated delivery time is between 5-7 business days. It is important to note that we cannot be held responsible for any shipments that may be lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Additionally, some products may be shipped separately due to varying packaging requirements. We would like to remind you that the delivery timeframes provided are only estimates, and we cannot guarantee them.

Are your products authentic?

All products are 100% authentic and are brand new with original packaging. 

What is your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must have our verification tag (Zip-Tie) still intact with the product; if there is any sign of this tag being tampered we will not issue a refund. This also means that the product should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Kindly try to include all relevant details on your order, along with a photograph and your contact details

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to a store credit within 10-15 business days.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

Orders placed within Canada will not be subject to paying any duties charged upon delivery. Depending on the shipping location, customers may require paying additional duties and taxes.

Can I cancel my order?

We cannot accept order cancellation requests as our fulfilment process begins when an order is placed.

Why did my order get cancelled?

Our team tries its best to keep accurate inventory records on the website. Still, if there is a discrepancy and the item you ordered is unavailable, our team will get in touch with you, cancel the order, and issue a prompt refund.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and PayPal.

When will my order be shipped?

After an order is placed, it is shipped within 5-7 business days.  Simultaneously every order is shipped between Monday and Friday.
